Lukas Linnig, born in 1993, studied Business Sciences at
University Hagen parallel to his high school graduation. He received his
Bachelor of Science in Economics, with a focus on finance & banking
and statistics & applied mathematics. He also received a level one
degree as Chartered Financial Analyst.
Prior to his employment at
BRAIN, Linnig was a financial consultant at the financial advisory firm
FAS AG. As such he came to BRAIN in 2015 supporting the company’s IPO in
February 2016 and establishing a finance controlling system. In April
2017 Linnig joined BRAIN AG and is responsible for Finance &
Controlling. He is directly reporting to the Chief Financial Officer
(CFO) at BRAIN.
Prior to his work for FAS AG Linnig was project
manager at Venture Stars GmbH, a venture capitalist fund and company
builder in Munich. In this position he consulted and gave guidance to
various start-up companies and founders in different market segments.
Lining is author of various scientific publications in the finance
sector with focus on valuation of intangible assets. He also holds a
Certificate in International Accounting (CINA).
