Michael Schneiders

Michael Schneiders has more than twenty years of experience in the capital market with a strong focus on German equities and international institutional investors. Prior to his employment at BRAIN, Michael held a variety of management positions in investment banking, including Head of Equities & Research. He was also involved in the IPO of BRAIN.

Michael studied Business Administration with a focus on finance and marketing at the University of Siegen, Germany, and Economics at the University of Redlands, US. In addition, he completed several executive education modules in the US at the Kellogg School of Management and the University of Chicago.

In Mai 2020, Michael joined former BRAIN AG as Head of Investor Relations and later became, in addition, the Head of Sustainability. BRAIN Biotech AG appointed Michael Schneiders as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to the executive management board with effect from October 1^st, 2022.
