BRAIN Biotech AG publishes its Annual Report and reports record figures in fiscal year 2021/22

BRAIN Biotech AG published in mid-June its first sustainability report and initial ESG data. We asked our colleague Michael Schneiders, Head of IR and Sustainability, about the background, challenges and next steps in sustainability at BRAIN.

Due to the ongoing pandemic BRAIN Biotech AG had to choose a virtual format for its Annual General Meeting.

The invitation to the Annual General Meeting of BRAIN AG in March 2020 was accepted by many shareholders, despite the fact that the corona crisis had already been announced. Attendance, measured by share capital, was around 70%.

BRAIN AG has again combined its consolidated financial statements with a comprehensive insight into the activities of the past fiscal year.
